Selinsgrove Football 2007 Season

PA Football News lists 2007 at 11-3 under Bill Scott. District 4 lists Selinsgrove as the 2007-08 Class 3A champion.

The first PIAA game was 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23, at E.J. Mansell Stadium in DuBois. The D9Sports page on that matchup lists the result as Selinsgrove 28, Bradford 0. It says the Seals entered at 10-2, with losses to Danville and Berwick, and that they had beaten Bradford 48-14 the year before. It also says the week before was a 28-7 win over Jersey Shore, the second win over Jersey Shore that season, and that Scott was in his 35th year with nine District 4 titles at the school. The page's career line for him at that moment is 266-144-1, and it says not all of those wins were at Selinsgrove. It does not print the game after Bradford. The PA Football News season line is 11-3.

The PIAA results list has the same Bradford game, Selinsgrove 28, Bradford 0, in the Class 3A first round, and the quarterfinal as Thomas Jefferson 28, Selinsgrove 0.
