Head coach

Bill Scott

1972–2007. Record 268-144-1 on the PA Football News table.

Bill Scott came to Selinsgrove in 1972 and spent 36 years as head coach. The District 4 hall of fame calls him the winningest coach in school history, with 267 wins, 14 league titles, and 9 District 4 championships. It says district titles did not start until 1987, and that his teams made six PIAA playoff appearances. The same page credits him with 34 more wins at Warrior Run and at Elkton, Maryland, for 301 career wins, and with the school's first power-lifting program.

The PA Football News year-by-year table for those 36 seasons adds to 268-144-1, one win higher than the hall of fame's 267. Both numbers are left as those sources print them.
