Wenrich has a bigger roster and four seniors
Selinsgrove opens after a 1-9 season. The coach says the group expects to compete every week.
Matt Wenrich's Seals went 1-9 in 2025. The August preview he gave PA Football News does not promise a turnaround in one sentence. It says the roster grew from about 35 players to just under 60, that only four seniors are back, and that the younger players who played last fall should make practices harder.
Names he listed as returning starters include quarterback Rocco Amato, Isaac Thomas, Jonathan Neidig, Nash Fordyce, and Owen Hoffman. The first real game is Aug. 28 against Juniata at Harold L. Bolig Memorial Field. Aug. 22 against Pottsville Area is a scrimmage and is not in the record.
