Southern Columbia closes the schedule at Bolig Field
The Tigers are 7-1 through Oct. 16. They play Jersey Shore on Oct. 23 before they come here.
Southern Columbia is at Harold L. Bolig Memorial Field on Oct. 30. Kickoff is 7. It is the last date on the Selinsgrove regular-season schedule.
MaxPreps lists the Tigers at 7-1 through the Oct. 16 win over Milton, 4-1 in Heartland II, 326 points scored and 121 allowed, 5-0 at home and 2-1 on the road. The program site and that MaxPreps schedule both show Wyomissing 34-27, Williams Valley 30-12, Montoursville 48-13, Lewisburg 61-8, Central Columbia 46-6, and Danville 39-14. MaxPreps has Milton at 42-14. The loss is at Mount Carmel. The program site prints it 26-27.
They play at Jersey Shore on Oct. 23, before Bolig Field, so that result is not in this note. The Tigers' site says Jim Roth finished his 42nd season in 2025 at 521-74-2, that the 2025 team was 15-1 and won the PIAA Class AA title, and that he is listed as the 2026 head coach. It says the program has fifteen state titles.
