Matt Wenrich

Matt Wenrich is the head coach on the District 4 coaches page. WNEP's account of a scrimmage at Wyoming Valley West calls him a first-year head coach and a member of the 2009 state-championship team. The Daily Item's preview of the 2024 Juniata opener calls him the first-year coach.

He is in the fourth row of the 2009 state-championship team photo on the alumni hall of fame page. In the 2008 District 4 final he carried twice for 59 yards.

PA Football News lists 2024 at 5-6. MaxPreps lists 2025 at 1-9. PA Football News still shows 0-0 for 2025, so that line is not used. Through Oct. 16, 2026, EasternPAFootball has the Seals at 3-5 and 1-4 in Heartland games. That season is still open, so those eight games are not added to a career total.

The 2024 yearly line is 5-6. The 2025 yearly line is 1-9.

The Aug. 17, 2026 school board minutes list the 2026 football assistants with Wenrich: Brent Bastian, Ryan Keiser, John Aument, Pete Voss, Ryan Heintzelman, Logan Benner, Dave Hess, Jack Lydic, Troy Hess, and Rod Joseph.
